3. Find a support group
Support means a lot when losing weight. People who have a dieting or workout buddy almost always stay on course longer than those who take the journey alone.
You can seek support from your family, friends or a support group to get the motivation you need.
4. Catch enough ZZZs
Lack of sleep not only stimulates your appetite making you want to eat more often, but it also stops you from feeling satisfied which makes you want to keep eating even after you’re full.
Try to get at least seven hours of sleep a night.

However, a miracle pill that will make you thin and fit overnight doesn’t exist. You still have to watch your diet and engage in exercise if you want your weight loss to be effective.
